what is adhd/ADD & how do you get it?
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a disorder that appears in early childhood. You may know it by the name attention deficit disorder, or ADD. ADD/ADHD makes it difficult for people to inhibit their spontaneous responses—responses that can involve everything from movement to
speech to attentiveness.
It usually appears before the age of seven in children, that's how you will know its not just childish behaviour. Once you start to notice the symptoms of it , you can either get prescription medication (which isn't always effective) or you therapy, education, and support are the best option.
Pre-mature birth, hereditary factors (parents who have ADHD), and exposure to toxic chemicals can contribute to acquiring ADHD. ADHD can also be influenced by environmental factors, including amount of time spent watching television, and possibly video games.

Not just children are effected by ADHD/ADD, if gone unnoticed through childhood, aldult can suffer from it as well. they symptoms are the same, but can occur mor often, an they usually have a harder time learning & paying attention. treatment/self-help is still an option, like having a good sleeping routine, eating & excersizing right, & creating a supportive enviroment.
Once you start to gain control of your ADD/ADHD you will be more organized, communitcate more clearly, manage stress and anger more easier, and control impuse behaviours.
Just keep in mind that medication/self-help techniques are a tool, not a cure. Its a life-long journey & at times can be a struggle. but with the right support, and a clear mind, you can over come this!!!
